Spring teaching
This module takes a sprint-based, practice-led approach to innovation and entrepreneurship. Across three intensive blocks, you’ll work in teams on a real-world challenge.
You’ll move from opportunity discovery and problem framing, through venture design and validation, to pitching and considering routes to scale and impact.
You’ll explore tools such as:
- design thinking
- value proposition
- business model design
- experimentation
- corporate entrepreneurship
- responsible innovation.
You’ll apply these directly in your project work.
The module complements the Âé¶¹Ó³» MBA by offering hands-on experience that strengthens your ability to:
- design and communicate new solutions
- influence stakeholders
- lead innovation.

Assessment
20%: Coursework (Observation)
80%: Group work (Group presentation, Group submission (written))
We regularly review our modules to incorporate student feedback, staff expertise, as well as the latest research and teaching methodology. We’re planning to run these modules in the academic year 2026/27.
