Location Studio
The Location Studio is located on the Lower First Level of the Silverstone Building, adjacent to the Film Studio Workshop. The space can be booked on SiSo 24/7 and accessed using your access card once a booking has been confirmed.
The studio is a distinctive location because it features two windows, allowing you to shape natural light and blend it with artificial lighting sources. It is typically set up as an office environment, but the layout and blinds can be fully customised to suit your scene.
A permanently installed overhead lighting rig allows scenes to be lit from above, preserving valuable floor space and enabling more flexible camera placement.
Each window can be modified using three interchangeable frame options, including ND and varying levels of diffusion, giving you precise control over light quality and exposure.
