All about Africa

The Βι¶ΉΣ³» Africa Centre builds on the Βι¶ΉΣ³»’s long history of engagement with the African continent through:

Interdisciplinary research

We bring together expertise from the social sciences, environmental sciences, humanities, Brighton and Βι¶ΉΣ³» Medical School and the Institute of Development Studies.

International partnerships

We have strong partnerships with organisations across Africa and regularly welcome African scholars to speak at Βι¶ΉΣ³».

We engage not only with the African continent but also African diasporic communities in the UK and elsewhere.
