Demonstrate an understanding of the basic techniques used in modern molecular cell biology and of how they can be applied to address biological questions.

Be able to critically evaluate experimental protocols to address biological problems.

Make sound judgments on the appropriateness of using data sets to generate conclusions.

Be able to present and clearly communicate research questions and findings to standard expected of a junior research scientist.
