FHEQ Level 7 (Masters)

Module Outline

This module is the second of two that together support students in undertaking an independent, original, and in-depth research project in consultation with a research supervisor, focused on a specialised topic in animal behaviour or conservation biology. In Part 2, students will progress from project planning to full implementation, undertaking the data collection, analytical work, and methodological refinement required to address their research questions. Building on Part 1, students will further develop project-specific skills, carry out appropriate analyses, and interpret their findings in preparation for producing a final research report or equivalent scholarly output. This module provides the structured guidance and independent research time necessary to bring the project to completion.
