FHEQ Level 7 (Masters)
Module Outline
This module is the second of two core project modules that collectively support students in undertaking an independent, original, and in depth research project in consultation with a research supervisor, focused on a specialised topic in animal behaviour or conservation biology. In Part 2, students’ progress from project planning to full implementation, carrying out the data collection, analytical work, and methodological refinement necessary to address their research questions. Building on the foundations established in Part 1, students will further develop project specific technical and analytical skills, undertake appropriate statistical or qualitative analyses, and interpret their findings in preparation for producing a final research report or equivalent scholarly output. This module provides the structured academic support and dedicated independent research time required to complete the project to a professional standard.
