Virgin Media customers connecting to the VPN and accessing services hosted on the JANET network, including services hosted at the Univeristy of Âé¶¹Ó³» such as the Staff VPN, may experience performance issues this morning.
The issue has been reported to JANET and we will update this news story as we recive updates.

In addition, customers using Talk Talk, BT Openreach, and Sky may also be experiencing issues connecting to services hosted by JANET.

Jisc engineers have identified improvements with service while Virgin Media continue investigation.

Some Virgin Media customers are still reporting slow or unstable home internet connections, and this may affect your ability to connect to Âé¶¹Ó³» services.
